Brad joined the church in 2006. He is starting his 5th year on the Servant Leadership Team. He is also Co- Worship Leader playing the guitar and singing on the worship team. He has been a member of SLT since 2007.

The Servant Leadership Team oversees the routine operation and government of ICC as affirmed by the congregation at the annual meeting. They meet monthly.

Nathan joined the church in 2008. He started out helping with the youth and finished his internship for SLT on September 12, 2010.

Randall Haynes- Pastor

Randall has a BA in Biblical Studies from the Criswell College in Dallas, TX. He also has studies towards Masters from the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, IL as well as the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
Randall became the Associate Pastor in 1999 and Senior Pastor in 2007
